Dont waste your time. They returned my car worse than what it was and they kept it for 6 weeks instead 1 week and didnt offer me a rental until 4 days before picking my car up and only covered a small amount of the rental. Plus they wont send me the car diagnostics after waiting another 6 more weeks. All they did was reset my car instead of fixing it. Shameful

I saw a nice used BMW for sale on their website. I contacted their Inernet Sales person and was told the car was in the shop with their mechanics and someone would get back to me as soon as the car was done. That was close to a week ago. I have called and left a voice mail inquiring about the car and no one called back. They sent me emails asking if i had been taken care of and I responded that I hadn't and I didn't even receive a reply from my reply. Normally you hear of poor dealership service after you buy but rarely before the sale. It has been a total waste of my time and I cannot recommend Kia of White Plains.

Shanon - to this day since we recently spoke on the phone I'm still very confused of why do you have to leave negative review for the dealership you didn't buy the car from and after almost a year after you bought it. I even offered you to see how we can help you even though we have nothing to do it with it. Oh well. Please remember that we have 30 people working hard here and putting their best efforts to be a better dealership then previous owners just to get a review like that. Purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership (Kia of White Plains) was a nightmare. Communication from the sales team was a struggle (often requiring several calls and trips from me). However, the worst part was that they delivered the car dirty with a broken gas cover, which they knew about but didn't tell me. The gas cover wouldn't open, and I could have been ended up stranded unable to put gas in my car if I hadn't figure it out on my own at home. Moreover, the dealership claimed to have replaced the brakes and brake pad sensors, but the brake pad sensor has gone off every day since I purchased this vehicle. I just learned that sensor is going off because the service team at Kia broke the harness for the sensor and tried to hard wire it themselves. I will be paying out of pocket to fix what Kia claimed to "fix" as a condition of the purchase. The entire experience felt very dishonest, and I would not recommend this dealership or the service department. For reference, the car was purchased in October of 2018.
