Cheryl, I am so sorry about your experience. I am sorry that we had to change your chip repair, due to an emergency. We did offer to do it on the 16 which was our next opening, but as said on the phone with you I didn't want the chip to run and have you have to buy a new windshield with waiting. This is why I referred you to Novus to see if they could get you in faster then we couldon the 16 which was our next appointment availabe that I told you about. I didn't have the # right off hand but I did tell you to ask for Chuck because I know him personally and he would take good care of you. I had a customer waiting for me at the front desk and I am sorry I didn't look up his number for you. If I would have known you would have given me 1 star review I would have asked the customer at the front desk to wait while I looked up the number. Again sorry for your experience. Brandi Owner

I made an appointment for a glass repair for a chip in my windshield. I called on Oct. 27th & scheduled for Nov. 9th. On Friday Nov. 6th, I get a call from the office explaining their tech had a family emergency & they couldn't do the job. They simply said they could refer me to NOVIS & the guys name is Chuck. No phone #- nothing. I had to pry & ask if I could reschedule. She offered Nov 16th but would refer me to Novis. REALLY? I get that emergencies come up & sometimes we have to be rescheduled. I am NOT happy about that but my complaint is not that they could not keep their appointment. My complaint is- if a company wants business, I think you should FIRST offer to reschedule. I already scheduled out 2 weeks to begin with. I read reviews to determine what company to go with. When I asked for more info about the "referral", I simply got, "Just NOVIS, his name is Chuck". So I guess the take away here is: Go to NOVIS & ask for Chuck!
This customer is not found in our system anywhere, we have no record of doing work or business with this person, over the past 16 years that Glass Doctor has been open. Sorry Rick

Had a great experience with Glass Doctor during a repair / replacement of a large living room picture window. Working initially with Brandy in the office and later with Nathan and team during the actual repair was awesome. When my window broke, Glass Doctor came out on a Sunday , got the measurements to order the replacement ... then promptly arrived when the window came in. The actual replacement was done quickly and professionally . Can't thank Glass Doctor enough - highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor for windows. They were very helpful and clear with communication during the entire process. The technicians were courteous, timely, and very tidy, and the finished product looks great!

Got our windshield replaced here in Nov 2020. The windshield itself is OK, it's all the other issues that would make me reluctant to recommend: (1) The COVID precautions in the waiting room are terrible - at a time when St. George has sky-high cases. Chairs right next to each other, poor mask compliance. I waited outside (where there's no seating). (2) They broke the mount for our rear-view mirror, did a shoddy job of gluing it, and didn't bother to mention it. Unsurprisingly, it fell off in traffic a short time later - and while Glass Dr did replace it, it meant two more trips back to their shop. (3) Discovered some days later that Glass Dr had left our windshield washer line disconnected. Discovered it while driving, of course, at a moment we needed the windshield cleaned - then figured out how to fix it myself, rather than take the car back to Glass Dr yet AGAIN (we're from out of town). So that's 3 things they got wrong, all of which endangered our safety. There won't be a "next time".
