I keep going in here expecting a different result. So happy I bought my bmw in Henderson. I saw a used one we wanted, went in, walked the entire length of the showroom and hung out at the managers desk for a minute. No hello, no interest in engaging. Just lots of employees talking to each other. 1 guy lifts his head and tells us " ill help", like a chore. The very last time I was here I had an appt, as I rolled up on time the salesperson told us through our window that he had a sale and waved us on. I drove to Henderson BMW, met a fantastic salesperson and purchased there.

Very good service. My car had alignment and rotor issues. My service rep Joe and the head foreman Benny were super helpful and took personal interest in fixing the issues. Satisfied with my experience! :)

Updated again! So the first service experience wasnt the exception. Here again for service (oil change and replacing one filter) and its been over 2 hours now. They called me to schedule the service and I explained that I wanted the first appointment as my first experience wasnt great. She scheduled me for 7 amremember they called me. The very next day Taylor calls saying I requested a call back to schedule service. I explained that I already had an appointment and didnt request a call back. He stated that I did not have an appointment. After some haggling he confirmed that I would have the original appointment the prior woman told me I had. How can a dealership be this bad? Clearly they need a new service manager or someone who knows how to run a service department. Hell even Walmart auto can get you in and out quicker! This must be why they include this service with your purchase! Updated: (my prior review was about their Sales department and Steveaccidentally deleted that one) My first service experience was not great. They appear to way overbook appointments. Over a 2 hour wait for a simple oil change and adding air to my tires is not what I expect. Mazda service department is horrible but at least you dont wait forever. I didnt think Mazda could be outdone until BMW said hold my beer! I will say Taylor in service was great but thats the only positive I can add. May be worth paying for service somewhere else. Also, the older gentleman with gray hair at the service station outside was quite rude (sorry didnt get his name)
