Ill give them 5 stars for the actual mitigation process. However, when it came to rebuilding everything they tore up, I theyve been avoiding me and my insurance adjuster for going on three weeks now. My house has been torn apart since February 1st, I cant blame everything on them because my insurance company dragged their feet. But its definitely their fault for these past three weeks. You guys could return phone calls or at least let me know where you guys stand on the remodeling. Also, they broke my counter tops and didnt even bother to let me know until I asked about them a month later. Not pleased at all!
