We apologize about this happening. I know, you were in contact with Chris. But let me say this, Its not like us at all. Actually color leather is a complicated product. Every new batch we get is little off from previous. We are truly sorry that we couldn't match the color you wanted. We made several attempts but failed. We are in contact with your other member of club who is communicating with us about getting blue color we have in stock but darker lining. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you'll consider buying from us again...

My experience with this company, where should I start? My president ordered 3 vests back in November 2019 for the blue leather bulletproof vest. We received the vests in December. Upon receiving these vest, it was noticed that the vests were not the same vests that were pictured on their website. They were contacted and we were advised that they would order us the new vests and for us to send the vests back. We were also told that we would receive the vests by 1st week of January. Several of our club officers have made calls after calls and no response. We finally got some assistance through the chat on their website. My president was provided another number to call. Call the phone several times but no answer. Finally the man called back and 3 of the members were conferenced in on the call. Myself, my president and our SAA. The man advised us that he was out of town at a bike show/convention in Atlantic City and he didn't know how we got his number. He also said the owner was out of the country in Pakistan. He stated he will return the call to my president on Monday, January 13th when he returns to town. It is now Tuesday, January 14th. Tried to reach him via phone and no response or callback. He advised that he would research and if need be he would order from another vendor and overnight these vests. My next moved is to now contact the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Good products, nice staff. Had patches sewn on leather vest. Not good quality work, Ill have to go other place for better quality. Stitching is kind of loose not tight. Other than that the place is good.

Excellent quality at a good price. I was in a crash, I was wearing chaps, gloves, jacket and vest all bought from Highway Leather I rolled down the street an unknown distance and while I was bruised the leather saved me from any road rash. Great protective properties and great prices. Best place I've found to buy leather products. Stay safe and ride on.
