We have used Badger printing a couple times in the past and have had good experiences. However, our recent experience was disappointing. In preparation for our family reunion we visited the facility and tried on several womens t-shirts. Each of my daughters wanted to have the right fit. Unfortunately, when the shirts arrived two of their shirts did not fit. When I called to discuss the problem with customer service I was told that we received exactly what we had ordered. However, the tags on the shirts we received are marked Unisex, which is different than the shirts we tried on. When I told her that we had tried on womens shirts she responded that her notes indicated that we had tried on unisex shirts. She told me that she didnt understand why were were unhappy about 2 shirts. We didnt try unisex shirts so I do not know why her notes showed that we had. Badger called the shirt company and they agreed to overnight the correct size of shirts, but they werent able to assure me that the shirts would be ready in time for our reunion. In addition to the sizing issue, we were disappointed by the printing quality of the shirts. Several of them had unwanted,yellowish splotches in the printed design and several of the shirts had a heavier application of the screen printing material. Finally, 10 of the 13 shirts had splashes of the paint on the sleeves and torso. Badger did remove most of the spots when I reported the problem. During my conversations with customer service I felt as though I was being accused of lying. I also felt as though they were not interested in making me happy. Perhaps small orders such as ours do not fit their business model. During my last conversation, the customer service rep suggested that I would go somewhere else the next time I needed screen printing. I simply asked for what I had already paid for; 13 shirts that were sized and printed correctly. Unfortunately, Badger Printing did not deliver.
