I called to get my car serviced and spoke with Lauren in service department. She told me my service could take up to a day or possibly go into the next day so she asked if I would like a complimentary lift as I explained this is my only car so I asked if they have loaners she said yes but there all taken at the moment which I understand so I asked when was the next available appointment for me to get one and she said idk so I asked if I could be on a waiting list to get one and she said there is no waiting list so I asked how am I supposed to know when I could get one and she said i dont know and I asked am I supposed to call everyday to find out she said you can whenever you want I dont understand how she couldnt find out when the next available date would be for one she wasnt any help at all. I usually drive Mercedes and this is my first BMW and at Mercedes they will tell you when the next available appointment would be for a loaner and schedule you in all I got from Lauren is just to keep calling back to find out when I could get one. Mercedes is definitely better at servicing there customers and makes them feel better about there choice

Chris Langenfeld was so wonderful to with with. I told him what I wanted, and he found the car and put me into it! He was kind and courteous. No games! Been in finance was just as lovely. Erin came out to walk me through all my new features so I would know how to use them all. I left feeling like I was a VIP to those at BMW North Austin. I will refer everyone to Chris and his team!

Ivan was great! I had a wonderful experience at BMW Austin buying my first BMW. Ivan treated us well, was prepared with all the specs on the car we were interested in, and very knowledgeable. My experience with this particular Service Department was absolutely the worst by far. I purchased a brand new 2021 BMW 430I off the show room floor. My first issue was the check engine light came on right after my initial inspection, next my driver door literally stop working. I waited almost 3 months for the part to finally come in, only to be disrespected and talked to as if I wasnt even a customer by the service manager. My door still isnt fixed, and Im currently looking for an attorney to represent me in this matter because I refuse to deal with anyone else in this location service department. I am a retired Veteran, and mentally I dont do well with unnecessary disrespect PERIOD!
