Went to see the place today,looking for a special occasion dress. Walked in and was not even looked at.let alone getting help. I only have one star bc that was the lowest I can do.Customer service was zero. Never going back there.

I bought my dress in January of 2021, still in the middle on COVID. Precious Memories was a great place a so helpful! THey were appointment only and limited the number of people only, which made the appointment feel really safe, but the sales associate was still so kind and helpful and we never felt rushed or pressured. I was also on a very tight timeline, planning my wedding in about 5 months, and they made sure to only show me dresses I could leave with that day! I loved my experience here and loved the dress I got!

As you mentioned, every year in November we have our end of year clearance sale where formalwear dresses are only $9.99 and wedding dresses start at $99.99. Veils, headpieces, jewelry, accessories, so much stuff priced at ridiculous prices to make room for our new collections. It's something we all look forward to. They had a sale where I got 2 beautiful dresses $20. I seen the "$9.99 sale" sign figuring it was just to get me in but when I stopped I found out it wasn't. There was hundreds of gowns all $10 & it's a yearly thing that's got me looking forward to next year!

Was not really impressed with their selection. They were great and driveline worked really hard to try to get an up-sale. I felt incredibly pressured to buy. Regret buying there.
