We always have more than enough supply of everything we use, but because of how busy the salon gets, we might need to restock in the middle of the day. As far as the trucks are still on road, and shipment still comes, we hope we never run out of the things. Running out of things, means that we have to close for the day, so far, may that never happen. As for water, coffee, wine, hand and shoulder massage. You can get the drinks, we have them stored in the appropriate closed places. You can get whatever you want on request. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, and we need to respect each individual guest. We are not offering everything to everyone. It is left to each stylist to determine the comfort zone of their guest, and what they would like to be offered or how they would like to be touched. The next time you visit, please let your stylist know all the things you would like, and it will be provided to you. Again, thank you for coming and for your feedback.

The hairstylist was very young and inexperienced. She was actually a lovely girl. I was scared but she took her time and i was pleased with the end results. 3 stars because for the price. The shampoo/conditioner was out at all stations and didnt appear to be run very well. No bottled water wine coffee. No head neck massage as part of the service. You want to get to 5 stars. Thats how you get there
Asked for bayalage and a shoulder length cut. Showed the lady a picture with the cut I was aiming for. Picture had a lot of layers and some were short. My end result did not have very many layers and zero horter layers. To top it off i had to cut a chunk off bc it was really long. Like 2 inches longer than the rest. I look like Dora the explorer. The bayalage does not have the different tones running throughout. It is more of an ombre with my natural color on top and the "bayalage" on the bottom. I also would like to mention that I went in with very long hair and full intentions of donating it. I was told it wasn't long enough and she cut it off without putting it in a pony tail like I asked.

Got a whole new look was kinda nervous about such a big change. They were all so nice and professional. Have had so many compliments. A tad pricey for me but was worth it.

Rude people at front desk and more interested to laughing and talking to each other than trying to setup an appointment. This continued to go on while I was talking to the young lady with short purple hair. She and a young lady with what looked like unbrushed multicolor hair (horrible color job) kept talking and giggling. I finally just left. I had been a long time client from when the shop was in Murphy off 544. Had not been there since covid19. Sadly I don't think I'll return. Second time I've tried to go in to set up an appointment as I keep getting text and emails "They miss me". Not sure they are still the quality color and style cut I used for many years.
