Stephany, I am sorry there was a delay in your lenses coming in. Typically we are able to do glasses while you wait, but Multifocal or special lenses we have to order from our lab. I wish we had greater control of the speed the lenses leave the lab, most come in within 7 days, but every once in a while there is a delay in the lab. With the cost of your glasses being $160 for a new frame with progressive lenses with A/R (at no cost to you), I hope you find the value in shopping with us. I wish I had know your displeasure with doing business with us when you picked up your glasses and I would have had a chance to speak with you personally to correct your displeasure. Also, I hope that you are willing to give us another chance at making sure you are a happy customer next time you shop for glasses.

I now live out of of town in another state, but I would not even consider going anywhere else for optical service! My daughter needs some new glasses soon, but I know Ill be going back to The Spectacle. They bend over backwards to make sure your glasses look amazing and that you are satisfied!
