Hi Olivia, We pride ourselves on being a developmentally appropriate play facility for kids of all ages and abilities. Our corporate store did undergo an expansion this past October, in which we changed the location of our under 18-month play space. We did this so that there would be less traffic, and so bigger kids wouldn't be in the area with those learning to walk and crawl. At the same time, we opened two new party rooms that are more than twice the size of our previous rooms! After reviewing our system, it looks like you visited Little Land with your little one twice before we made these changes. We're so glad that you had fun, and decided to book your kiddos first birthday with us. It looks like the party was booked on December 17th, which was your first visit back since the updates occurred. One room (Orange room) does have a large television, that works perfectly and can also be used with a USB drive to show a slideshow during parties. Our second party room (Green room) does not currently have a television, but will later this spring. When you book a party, you can pick your room - this happens online when you're making your reservation. It looks like our team made an exception and personally assisted you with booking this specific party at our front desk on December 17th. Nothing has changed in either room, or in Little Land as a whole since the date that you booked your event. Unfortunately, we did have an HVAC issue with the party rooms and it is being addressed. Commercial HVAC does take a little time, and is very expensive. Not that any of that is your concern, but we do make sure we provide a comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy. You mentioned that the facility had "exposed" electrical outlets. Any outlet not fully covered does have child safety covers on them so that little ones don't get curious. From time to time, older kiddos do pull the covers out. Our team checks regularly, and we have extras on hand at all times. If this was brought to the attention of the team, it would be addressed immediately. In regards to the flooring - as part of our expansion, we are updating the flooring throughout. Because we have so many amazing families that enjoy Little Land daily, we only make changes overnight. Over the holidays, we gave the team that manages our maintenance time-off with their families. Because of this, the flooring has not been completely updated throughout, which is why there is a line separating the new flooring and old flooring surfaces. We have that slated for January after the holidays. We're sorry to hear that you cancelled your party. I see that our team made an exception to our policies and did process a refund for you because the party was booked so recently. We want to make each party experience truly special and memorable, and we hope that you have that experience with your kiddo on their 1st birthday, as it is a truly special time. We'd love to learn more about your experience so that we can train our team better if necessary. We're a family owned business that works hard to provide a fun, safe and developmental environment for all kids. Feel free to e-mail us at
[email protected]. We understand your frustration, but do hope that you will visit Little Land again in the future. We hope that you and your family have a happy holiday season!

Thinking about having your child's birthday party here??! Warning: DON'T. We have visited here a handful of times with our now 11 month old, and we've enjoyed each visit up until they decided to change the layout of the baby zone. With these new changes, we've noticed a few things that have not been up to par: exposed electrical sockets, unfinished flooring, poor paint jobs and more. This lack of attention to detail screams a lack of concern and it's bothersome. But, because my daughter enjoyed her time playing here, and they have play areas for a wide range of ages, I decided to book her 1st birthday party at this location; even with the eyesores mentioned. A standard birthday party for 12 kids is $299. They provide 2 pizzas, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, and goodie bags. You can bring outside food and drinks etc. Cool. I went on a tour of the rooms on two separate occasions, to scope out what we were working with. The first time we were shown the rooms, we were told that we could choose between the orange or the green room. I noticed that one of the rooms had a huge tv mounted on the wall-- I asked if we could use it for slideshow purposes. I was advised that the TV didn't work... So, we booked the green room, the one without the TV. Fast forward a few months-- Friday I took my baby to play and rechecked the new renovations that seemed rushed and unfinished to see if there was any improvement. The place still looked unfinished. While there, I took another tour of the green room I booked. The first thing I noticed walking into room was the heat. It was HOT inside of the "green" room. I mentioned it right away and was told there was no air conditioning in that room... I'm sorry, what??? She said that because of the remodel, there was no air conditioning in the party rooms, but that I shouldn't worry because it doesn't get too hot and they usually bring in two floor fans to cool it down. I'm sorry, WHAT??? I told her that this was a problem and that we had a party of over 20 guests coming... air conditioning is a requirement! She said that she would speak to the owners about it. After that disturbing tour and before we left, I talked to the staff again about the room and the air issue. A different staff member said we were shown the wrong room. The tour we went on was of the orange room-- he showed us the actual green room; it had the nonfunctional TV in it, but he told us it had air conditioning. We left feeling halfway relieved. The staff seemed confused and we have a milestone birthday party coming up in less than a month, for which we have family flying in from both sides for. I needed SOLID INFORMATION. I called the same day to discuss the room and air situation again. Over the phone, I was told that we were confirmed for the green room, but that it also didn't have air... but again, it doesn't get too hot and they could put in two floor fans. At this point I was livid. What kind of establishment allows PAYING CUSTOMERS to utilize an unfinished room with no air conditioning, and then have the audacity to justify it and think that putting floor fans in the room is a fix??? You mean to tell me that you think having over 20 people stuck in a hotbox, with floor fans in a room full of crawling babies, who are constantly pulling up on things, is ok?? That is a safety hazard!! Unacceptable. I called their corporate office and left a voice message to discus this-- I have not received a call back. Saturday I cancelled my baby's birthday party and demanded our deposit back. This place is a money grab and we will not return.

On March 20th I had an appointment here for an initial evaluation on my son, who was showing signs of torticollis. I was told by Natalie, who was the PT and absolutely fantastic, that it would take a week or two to get all the paperwork completed, confirmation from my doctor, and get everything settled with insurance. At this point she diagnosed him with torticollis and showed me a couple exercises to start trying at home in the meantime. Everything seemed great at that point! Towards the end of our evaluation my son began to get super fussy so I was all over the place and couldnt remember fully how to do the exercises she had shown so I called back a few days later, no response from the PT coordinator. Waited a few more days, got a response and she said they were still working on everything and that the PT would email me the exercises, ok fine. Fast forward to a week later, now almost two weeks after our appointment, and still no email and no response in regards to when we were going to start PT. Now Im getting slightly frustrated. I decided to look up my own exercises to try in the meantime. I waited another week because I didnt want to be that overwhelming person calling daily..... no answer so I left yet another message. Now it has been over three weeks and I have yet to get a call back to discuss starting PT and have never received and email with his diagnosis and exercises. I am beyond frustrated and just angry now. How unprofessional! At this point we have switched to a new PT and will never go back to Little Land. Hopefully their PT coordinator can get it together and they dont have this problem in the future.
