Zero effort at communicating with me my order was ready. Impatient staff cant take anytime to resolve my issue. My order was left outside and was picked up by someone, who surprisingly enough wasnt me! And they think Im lying about that. Great customer service. Now Im out $$$ and my time. To say the very least they have caused a severe inconvenience to my work and I will never for any reason use this business again.

I was making invitations for the graduates of 2022, and out of the 19 graduates, they messed up 5 of our orders. They had switched the backside of some cards with the backside of others. They also never printed one of our cards even though they had sent me the invoice for that very card. We had to go back twice, one to get the cards without the error, and another time to retrieve the order they never filled. Some of my classmates were very disappointed in the delay due to the mistakes. In addition, I had thought the cards would be more sturdy and durable, but they were flimsy and easily bent. Another thing I was not very satisfied with was the actual process of ordering the cards were complicted especially buying with the school organization, so I do wish for an easier way of payment. However, I do have to say that customer service was very good, and they were quick to reply. Though they made errors, they quickly fixed it, and the second time, the cards were good. In addition, I appreciate how it was very easy to apply the pdf file, and the making of the card was quite convenient. Though there were many errors, it worked out in the end. However, I will not be using this company again.
