We did make your large island bench top the wrong size the first time! We made a new top as quickly as we could. Apologies again. However we were never engaged to install the bench top - we were only engaged to deliver it (as per the invoice). The size was specified by your kitchen company - who was also going to be installing it and unfortunately they specified a bench top that would not fit into the house through any of the doors. The only possible way we could see to get it into the kitchen was to remove one of your windows. This is a pretty big building job and is the responsibility of the kitchen company as they had done the measure up and specified a bench top that wouldn't fit into the house! We discussed that with you and we left the ball in your court to sort things out with your kitchen company. At the time we said we were happy to come back with the 6 or so guys needed to lift the bench top through the window once it was removed. Since that time you have not been in contact with us, or returned messages left on your voicemail. If you want us to help get the bench top into the kitchen we are still fine to do so.

They built the benches to the wrong specifications delaying the kitchen by over a month when they were already 2 weeks late. When they couldn't get the bench in the house they left it under the house saying they'll come back with more help, almost a year later and I still haven't been contacted. Overpriced with terrible customer service.

We are the proud owners of a beautiful Thor's Hammer dining table. At all times, the staff at Thor's Hammer were friendly, helpful and professional, helping us to work out way through the design process and selection of timber to ensure that what we ordered was going to work in our home. The end result is truly beautiful and well built. It is stunning to look at, but can be used every day as our functional dining table. Our cats also love lying on it in the sun!
