I clearly remember your visit with your grandmother and recall the discussion the three of us had with options regarding your dress, which you and your grandmother seemed to agree with. Just as clearly, I know that I did not make any comment to you about your weight. My entire business survives on extending professional courtesy to every individual that walks in my door. I would NEVER treat any customer the way you have described. I am committed to making my customers comfortable and meeting their expectations. Regarding your claim of outrageous charges, I stand by my fees as reasonable and competitive for the quality of my work. You may find less expensive tailoring at another shop, but you will receive a much lower quality of workmanship; one which I am not willing to accept as my standard. Your false claim saddens me, but it will not keep me from doing what I do every day. My reputation is built on 20 years of experience, quality workmanship, and overwhelming customer satisfaction. My history of reviews bears that out.

I went to Bethel Tailor to have my wedding dress altered and had a horrible experience. The lady was trying to work as fast as she could and obviously didn't care about the little details. She was going to charge an outrageous amount and told me to lose 20-30 pounds in order to make the dress work. I ended up going elsewhere to a place that made me feel beautiful and charged half the price!

Special thanks to Rainy Duda....So far so good only place we found so far that would Taylor and wash address wedding dress that is. Lady was very helpful since you haven't been in a week no issues didn't need anything extra didn't cost a whole lot. Do not get formal wear alterations here! I took my bridesmaids dress to get altered and the owner told me it would be ready 9/23. I arrived to pick it up on that day and she couldn't find the dress. After a while searching, she found it and it hadn't been started on yet. She told me to come back two days later. When I came back and tried it on, it was as if it hadn't been touched. I was frustrated and didn't have time to go anywhere else so I took it and left after overpaying for essentially nothing. I would give zero stars if possible.
