I have gotten my glasses there before (years ago) and had no issues so I have given a wide cushion because of Covid. I will say that the doctor, as well as the two gentlemen that helped me pick out my glasses were great. I felt very helped; their suggestions were spot on and I dont enjoy shopping so it was awesome to be able to find ones I liked so quickly. Ok now the issues. First I tried to set an appointment online as they stated they preferred, but for some reason it kept saying I didnt exist in their system, I tried a couple times in case it was me. I figured lots of things can go wrong there so I did the texting next, as they ask you on the website. I didnt hear anything back so like three/four days later I called. The girl asked me if I could hold and I said yes. Then I sat there for over 6 minutes before finally hanging up. The next day I called back. I told the person who answered that I had tried these other things and that my glasses have been broken so Id like to get this appointment sorted. She asked me and looked up the text and then told me that they received it but they didnt text me back because I had opted out of texting. Now, come on. For one I dont know why I would because I allow texts from all of my other doctor type stuff, BUT even if I had, wouldnt a text saying that I am a returning client who has broken glasses and is already having problems with online would be enough to imagine I was now opting back in to texts? She basically doesnt apologize for any of the issues but deflects it back as if I am responsible, even though I told her about online as well as being put on hold until I hung up. Ok anyway. I get the appointment, go in, great experience all the way until at the very end the Internet goes down. Not a problem, everything is picked out, exam is done etc. I say just let me know and Ill come pick them up the next or whenever they are ready. Its been two days with no word, so wanted to check since I still have broken glasses and its been over two weeks and a BUNCH of extra energy to get to this point. So I called today, she asked my name dob and checked my phone number before asking me to hold to check on them. Once again I was put on hold and after four and half minutes I hung up, thinking that she would call me back after she figured out what was up and also had time. It had been two and a half hours and no call back. So I get to call AGAIN, which I going to do right now. Wish me luck

Eye exam was good, sales were pushy and used bait and switch pricing - they are not in any way upfront of transparent about pricing which is ironic for an optometrist.
Great, friendly staff. Dr Ben Moshe is great, putting the patients well being before anything and explaining and following up on any concerns he has stemming from the check up. Overall, great experience and recommend highly !!!
Very friendly and professional. It was easy getting the appointment and they were on time and courteous. Lots of inventory and options. Highly recommend.
I have to believe that half the reviews here are overstated. This is a very small place. Very very busy. My glasses took one month to come in. Facts. As far as personnel, doctor was professional but personnel not sure. Deanna was rude to me and raised her voice after I asked her if she could adjust my glasses. I asked to worked with someone else and Arturo was great. Overall, not a great but only average experience for me. I would not necessarily recommend this place.
