My experience was terrible. The owner was very disgusting. Her attitude her appearance, her Decorum was TERRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars that's what it would be!!! It's a very unprofessional setting!!! Drinking alcohol and all. I could not believe my eyes. So of course I did not get my hair done! I watched a stylist put a hot comb to someone's hair without checking the temperature and burned 10 inches of hair off. PLEASE PLEAAE AVOID !!!!!

These things never happen with our hair line but in the event you were unsatisfied we always are more than happy to compensate and offer any solutions. We have been selling the same line of hair for over 7 years with 99% rave reviews but we are not ignorant to the fact that bad batches of bundles can happen 1% of the time. Brought some virgin hair from here. Hair looked fine when i purchased it. Washed it and got it installed and it looked like it was used before and dyed dark red. Its tangled and shedding. DO NOT purchase hair from here. Complete waste of money.....
I love this salon! I feel like I am apart of a big Couture family! My hair looks and feels great; I always get compliments. When I first came to this salon, I had extensive breakage and it seemed unmanageable. Sherrie diagnosed the issues and began treating them right away! My hair is full with body and bounce. Thank you Sherrie for making my hair Couture-ly fabulous!
Good afternoon Chaffon. We're sorry you're unsatisfied. We are a bit baffled because we don't quite remember your services going as you explained it here because you were very happy and excited when you left swinging your hair stating you would be back in 2 weeks. You also received scalp exfoliation, shampoos, deep treatments, braids, sewn down, installation, and style that generally takes time and care as explained to you during your visit. I do wish you could have called us directly to rectify any problems you felt you were facing because we would be happy to fix them. We aim to please so you can personally reach out.

I wouldn't recommend this salon to ANYONE nor will I be back for ANY services!! I went for a wash, braid and wig install, my appointment was for 6:30, didn't leave the salon until 11:30, at first glance my hair was cute, after making it home that night and fully examining my hair, she left ALOT of lace on the sides, she also left TONS of ghost bound glue on my lace which she didn't let dry b4 my install, in the middle of her doing my hair she stopped and asked me to put my own wig on because she couldn't get it right, Smfh, Like the best part of the experience was getting my hair washed lol SHOUT OUT TO THELMA!! Sherri should really brush up on her wig install techniques, that's just my opinion because her work isn't good! #CrazyHands the best in the city! That's where I'll be from now on!!
