We are very sorry for your experience, generally we do not just say no on any order regardless of size, we try to make sure we gather all the details we can to make sure we can accommodate each order in the time frame the customer needs with the desired result. Most of that depends on print method each person wants and the customers artwork so it can take some time to see if something is doable or not and if there are any possible solutions.
