I wish I could give them negative stars. The "boss" Ronen is terribly rude, and has awful phone presence. He cuts you off in the middle of sentences and generally does not care about the quality of work that he puts into the world. The staff is beyond incompetent when it comes to customer service and education. I dropped off $700 dollars worth of scarves to be embroidered assuming the finish would be just as I've seen on my own clothing with logos stitched into them. No. There was cardboard paper stitched to the back of every single scarf. When I called and asked them to explain how and why this happened, their excuse was "everybody knows there's a paperback with embroidery." HOW?! How would anybody know that unless that's explained to them?! I tolerated their awful customer service just for them to ruin all 30 of my gifts.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if some work could be done on a gift, but I was not given enough time to explain myself. I was simply told to send a picture and then hung up on me. I took my work elsewhere!
