Do not go to Spark Printing. We had been going to Gutchers for years. When Spark took over, the quality deteriorated. There was a noticeable difference in our printed materials. We tried several times to work with the owner Dane who didn’t seem to care. Very unprofessional business. Go elsewhere!!
My short and sweet review.... After sending Gutcher's a detailed email including photos of why I was dissatisfied with my wedding invitations, I received no response or apology and decided to publicly review their services. I'll keep this a brief as possible. First, this process was a 3 week turn around. The customer service is lackluster at best. I would have to drive to Tampa from Brandon on my lunch break to get questions answered. Second, the quality. A large percentage of my RSVP cards were cut off center. They were designed with a white border, so it was painfully obvious that the design was not in the middle as it should have been. Of the off center RSVPS (double sided), more still were printed upside down on the back. So I have an off center postcard style RSVP card with an upside down back. There was splatter on several of my invitations, red. That color was not even used in my suite. The only positive of the order was the envelopes were addressed nicely. Overall, this was a C- for me which is really unfortunate because these were for my wedding and I had to send them out in the shape because I could not delay another 2 weeks for a reprint. If you are looking to print something remotely important, I would suggest looking for alternatives.
