I was taken with the amazing showroom and collection of cars hexagon portrayed. I purchased my 911 generation 2 Porsche in belief, I was buying into a family business which prided itself in good customer relations, and to be honest paid a much higher price for my vehicle because of this..they suggested the 911 generation 2 will be the new classic and will hold their value, perhaps this is the usual sales speech when purchasing a car from them! Unfortunately the Porsche wasnt for me so I decided to sell. Hexagon actually contacted me as they had seen the car privately advertised, we struck a deal verbally and contractually and though it was a lot less money than I had paid six months previously, I accepted. The purchase agreement was sent and it was agreed that a gentleman called Tim Philipson would come on the train and collect the car from my home in Hampshire, this gentleman may still be on the train right now as he was on his way to collect the car When a chap called Jonathan phoned to say they no longer wanted the car and would not be collecting it or honouring a 3 day old agreement, there was no apology, just that the boss had changed his mind! This boss who didnt even have the courtesy or politeness to phone me himself! I rate this showroom and the boss man as disgusting, no stars would be more appropriate and to be honest I would urge anyone interested in quality service to look elsewhere!
