This customer had worked with CJ for multiple orders over the years with, as she mentioned, a wonderful track record. It is unfortunate that she has construed our attempts to maintain this standard of service record with her in such a negative light. When she received the order she is referring to here originally, she emailed brady Brady saying - "We received the uniforms today and they look GREAT... thank you! " We admittedly had a software printing error on an order she placed for additional jerseys and pants for this order, and the color did not come out exactly the same. We then proceeded to offer replacements of every jersey for color (including the original order), and to offer a $1000 credit to cover the cost of the stock pants they went out and purchased for the season. In response to the replacements and the credit, Jill came back demanding an additional $2500 and a 2 day production turn around time for additional items , which we deemed excessive since we had already done everything in our power to amend the situation. Our fully sublimated pants are produced in the facility we own and operate in Egypt due to the complexity of the style. Our ownership and use of this factory is stated on our website and was communicated to her throughout the process.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We started working with CJ and he was wonderful. We then got moved to Brady and everything fell apart from there. We ordered uniforms after we were assured their sizing charts were correct. We receive the uniforms, and they are WAY TOO BIG! We decide to keep them and move the pants to our older team rather than waste time and the companies money sending them back. We order replacements of sizes we messed up and the arrive in completely wrong colors! We are then informed they upgraded their systems and lost all our colors, so they sent what they thought was right. We send in a uniform for them to color match and are again assured it will be right after this. We place another order for our older team, needing jerseys for them and pants for our younger team due to the sizing issue. We get this order in and its again the wrong color. They now say they are out too much money and refuse to correct their mistakes. So we have two teams with mismatching uniforms that dont fit, over $6000 invested, and nothing we can wear!! Shameful business!!!! Do not order from this company. Forgot to mention our package was to include socks that we never received, and it says on their website produced in USA! Right here in Kansas City. Our packages came from Egypt false claims there too. I cannot stress enough, if you value good quality, and your time and sanity, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU WITH FALSE CLAIMS OF USA MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION, EASY RETURNS AND CORRECTIONS, AND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING!!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Edit to add after response from owner, I worked with CJ at the beginning of this order, not multiple orders over the years. And who wants stock pants when we paid for customized sublimated pants!!!! They arent right!! Make it right, or take the negative review cause youre gonna get a lot more of them!!

We ship with Fed Ex, UPS and DHL and are incredibly dependent on their timely service. In the case of this order the goods were stuck in the DHL distribution center (Cincinnati) for almost 3 weeks. This is very rare but happens inexplicably on occasion. The decision to quickly remake the goods in Kansas City was postponed because of promises from the shipper that they would be delivered within a couple days (multiple promises). A very unfortunate situation. They were at last delivered but very late. Normally if a shipper loses a package we immediately remake the goods in Kansas City. We learned an important lesson with this one. An 8 day hold for payment up front (we require 50% deposit by credit card) Made things worse for Angelina's client. The communication failure by our team is indefensible and requires retraining. Our staff felt like they spoke to Angelina many many times on the subject but bottom line she was not satisfied in this situation so it's our fault. As Owner now hearing of this situation I will call Angelina immediately. I definitely feel she deserves an apology and remuneration for this situation. If her club was able to use and enjoy this product we will offer a 50% refund. If we missed the event due to this shipper failure we will reimburse 100%. Sincerely Mike Mitchell

I ordered an initial order for staff uniforms for an athletic facility and the team was very helpful throughout the design process. I then did a second order and the team was helpful at first, but when my order was late and I reached out, I got nothing but automated responses, just a total cold shoulder. No refund or attempt to make right after a 600 dollar order sat in a warehouse in Ohio for a full month, while we had to purchase additional uniforms locally. I would not recommend this company. Terrible consistency and no customer support or service after they receive payment.

We own and operate 3 factories. We certainly do make product in Kansas City and do so every day (over 500 garments daily). However if we made everything here we could not be competitively priced. The key for us is controlling every aspect of our plants and their schedules. Ship time from our Kansas City plant is 2-3 days, The Haiti plant is 1 day shipping throughout the US, and Egypt is 2-3 days throughout the US. Unfortunately there have been some real issues with Fedex shipping over the past few months (we are told its because of vaccine distribution on expedited freight) and we have been surprised by occasional extended ship times. When we know a customer has an absolute date, we will even remake delayed goods in KC to be sure clients never miss their event. Its a great insurance policy for Fedex failures. This order did not have a mandatory delivery date listed. It was a hooded LS tee for a very complex fishing graphic with many logos (that were mostly provided in low resolution) and many revisions. It started as a hand drawing. It was very difficult work for a 14 piece order. The deposit on this order was received on the7th and shipment was on Wednesday the 26th of May. So definitely at 19 days instead of 14 days as stated (no good excuse here - but it was the absolute peak week of our year with baseball season so we must have slipped into a weekend). It should have been delivered on Monday the May 31st but instead did not arrive until Thursday June 3 - which we have taken up with Fed Ex. For the record, Trevor's last order (for 12 softball jersey tanks) was placed on May 31st and was delivered on June 6. We hope to have another chance. Sincerely, Mike Mitchell

I have used them in the past without issues. At that time, they were shipping out of Kansas City, MO. However, I placed an order at the beginning of April and told that it would ship 14 days after payment received, and transit time was two days. We are on day 23 with no product. They shipped it from Egypt (19 days after payment) instead of KC. Shipping does not update as it is international. I would suggest finding a US company that actually manufactures in the US.
