Hi Bridget so sorry that you had this experience and felt the need to leave a 1 star review. I can assure you as the Number 1 Clinic in the South West we only use premium products, procured from leading UK pharmacies via prescriptions. It would of been explained to you in consultation everyone's anotamy is different and the products longevity can be affected. This is why we keep treatment notes so we know what doses / products work, meaning we can tweek the treatments in the future to get you the perfect results everytime. I can see from your notes that a FREE follow-up visit with our clinic owner Alex was offered, which you declined. I have no doubt this would of resolved the issue. My daughter & myself both had treatments at ciao Bella when first done it looked great but unfortunately after only around 4 weeks these great results vanished ,now we are both fully aware nothing is guaranteed but after spending well over 600 you would expect the results to last at least 5-6 months as when previously done elsewhere and when your friends ask I thought you were having treatments ! You then realise its not just you who cant see anything. Im not sure which products were used all I can say is what ever it was has no lasting affect what so ever. if you are thinking of any treatments do your homework beforehand as this experience has been a extremely costly mistake .

Hi holly, Thankyou for your feedback regarding the outcome of your procedure. We apologise that you experienced our services in this way. We have acknowledged the timeline you have described and have taken all information on board. It is our duty to ensure that care is taken in all aspects of patient treatment however there is a small percentage of the population that may have an outcome associated with side effects that are undesirable. On review of your notes I agree there was an initial undesirable outcome. Which was immediately corrected. On review of your refill, where you had made contact concerned with unevenness and overall result we had you return to clinic and assessed you. Your lips were smooth, the filler was soft and the overall result was satisfactory given the double use of dissolving agent. The unevenness was not visible however we met your request and placed a small amount of filler to the area you felt didnt look even. Please note there was only one transaction over your several appointments with no charge to any of your follow ups or additional products. However, having reviewed all correspondence between your self and the clinic following your final treatment with us you expressed sincere gratuity and explained how happy you were. As a clinic we can only go by your word which at the time was a genuine email initiated by yourself and without prompt from us. In addition, you requested an additional appointment with Alex to continue on building your lips, which is strange as if we were such a poor clinic why would you want to return? I am writing my review based on my overall experience and end result/s which unfortunately were not good. I have had lip fillers for 5+ years at another clinic in London without any issues. I have previously had Juvéderm which I have learnt is prone to migration and this had happened above my lips. My lips themselves however were still a nice shape. After relocating, I booked an initial appointment on 4th June 2021, which was for my "annual" top up. This was with Emma, who advised I needed to have the existing filler dissolved due to the migration and that she would then refill them with a different filler. The 2nd appointment was 16th June 2021 to have the filler dissolved. I was then to return 2 weeks later to have them refilled. Unfortunately, not all of the filler was dissolved, which became apparent quite soon after. So I returned for the 3rd appointment on 21st June 2021. The 4th appointment was 1st July 2021, to have them refilled. Unfortunately the new filler immediately migrated to above my lips. I returned for the 5th appointment on 19th August to have them dissolved, this time with Alex. She explained that this time longer would be needed before having them refilled again. Unfortunately, again, not all of the filler was dissolved. So I returned for the 6th appointment on 26th August 2021 to have the remaining filler dissolved. The 7th appointment was 23rd September 2021 to have my lips refilled. I gave my lips a few weeks to settle and kept a close eye on them. The migration did not happen again but unfortunately, they were uneven. I contacted the clinic on the 30th October 2021 to enquire about having more filler as despite being uneven, they were on the smaller side than I like and I thought that with more filler, they might be evened out and the desired size achieved. As mentioned, I was very happy with my lips themselves at the start of the process despite the migration. On 13th November 2021, I contacted the clinic again to say that I was unhappy with my lips as they were. As mentioned, I had hoped adding more filler may resolve the problem but after being told to wait until January 2022, I had become very upset at the prospect of more months with misshapen lips. Between the 13th of November and the 2nd of December, multiple emails were exchanged regarding my lips. Eventually, it was agreed I should return for Alex to review my lips. The 8th appointment was 8th December 2021 and it was uncomfortable. Alex was defensive and also mentioned how many appointments I had had at a loss to the clinic. I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong and been a nuisance when simply trying to achieve a good result. I was brought to tears at this appointment which is never a good feeling for a customer. Especially one that has been so very patient, understanding and polite. At this appointment, Alex reviewed my lips and used some more dissolver to treat a lumpy pocket and also used a small amount of filler on my bottom lip, as it was uneven on one side. On the 9th of December 2021, I emailed the clinic to say I was happy with the result. I wanted to acknowledge that I appreciated Alex dealing with my concerns and that I was satisfied that she had listened to them and taken action to address them. Despite the unevenness being taken on board, the overall result was not great. I still didn't like my lips and preferred them at the very start of the process. To put it simply, I didn't like the way my face looked anymore which made me feel really, really down. I decided to go elsewhere. It seemed non-sensical to pay more than I could afford for "the best" person, who unfortunately still had not achieved the desired outcome and who at this stage, had made me feel very uncomfortable. And going elsewhere was the best decision I could have made! They were alarmed to hear of how many times I had my lips dissolved and were unsurprised at the results with the methods used. I am now so happy with my lips and just wish that I had gone to the person I now go to, to begin with.
