Ive been with impact zone since I was little although I wasnt always actually in the gym. I started kickboxing for about 2 years in middle school and then I stopped for awhile while I was in high school. Right before I started college I went back and it was one of the best decision I made for myself. Ive been going consistently now for about 3 years and I still love it! All the coaches put in a lot of hard work to make ever person feel cared for and apart of the community! If anyone out there is looking for a gym to be apart of I would highly recommend impact zone. Its more than just a gym its also a community and you will get so much more then just a good workout out from it!

Impact zone is the best Bjj, cross fit/ gym in the area. I just moved around the Lafayette area and was welcomed right in, you have a excellent coaching staff a lot of which are competitive in what they coach, so with that being said if your looking to train hard and one day compete or just looking to have fun and loose some extra fat impact zone is the place to be.

When my college career was over I became very lost. I was desperately looking for competition again and to feel like an athlete again. Any gym I went to I would walk in and be lost, I was used to working out with a team and when I went by myself I had no idea what to do. Then I found IZ. This gym gave me back the feeling of having a team. Everyone is so supportive whether you just started your workout journey or you are experienced. You never feel alone in a workout and the coaches make sure you dont fail. The coaches really care about every athlete they have and its really refreshing to see that. Come be apart of the family that the IZ coaches created!
