Thanks for your review. I just reviewed the recording to be sure you were helped as best as possible. We are a repair shop, and as such are unable to carry every different brand and model adapter. Dylan knew right off the bat that we do not carry the new Lenovo adapter you were searching for. We have in shop adapters that we use for repairs, he should have been more clear about his response. He also recommended Walmart, because he was trying to help you find the adapter. He gave you a card and asked you to keep us in mind in case you had anything we could help you with. Sorry you felt like he was dismissive, but we simply did not have what you were looking for. Best of luck on your search.

Just left this place never been till now I came in looking for a Lenovo laptop charger and the man behind the counter said he doesn't know if he had any new and said he was not sure if he had any used and suggested Walmart Didn't even make an attempt to check only said he wasn't sure then auggsugge I go elsewhere I got the feeling I was bothering him just by being a customer would not recommend and will never be back

Im an electronics technician who knew what was wrong and just wanted it fixed. They refused me simple service, and insisted i pay for the complete package. The inflexibility of the company irked me greatly. By driving away customers in this way they lost my custom.

Excellent service and Dylan did a suberb job of explaining the work and costs that might need to be done. Fortunately the CPU just needed a new hard drive and the cost was much less than anticipated. Thrilled with quality of work.

I'm having trouble understanding your review for a few reasons - 1- I have no documented interactions with you and am unable to reach you. 2- We NEVER charge for anything without the customers approval. 3- We always take into account the value of the equipment brought to us so we can justify the cost of repair. Unfortunately, a lot of equipment brought in for repair is not worth the cost of repair. We decline to repair a lot of equipment. In these situations we offer alternative solutions such as migrating to a new computer, or providing a backup so you can purchase equipment elsewhere. 4- There is another business in the area with a very similar name that has caused confusion in the past. I cannot speak to the quality of the work they perform, I just know we have been mistaken for them quite often. Still looking forward to speaking with you personally and clearing up any confusion. Strictly about getting as much of your money for as little as possible.Deceptive and highly overpriced.Be sure you already know what's wrong before you bring your Pc there,if not they'll make it worse before making it better and charge 3 Times as much as original problem should have been.
