This is my first day sitting down at my lap top and responding to emails. A review like this, undoubtedly, breaks my heart as you see I am one of the three employees who tested positive at Kidstop, I am the owner. When tested positive, I made the choice to close the door and protect the rest of our staff and your family from the spread of this disease. This will go down as the toughest decision I ever had to make in 22 years of owning Kidstop. The people you saw inside the store? Employees, yes and their parents and siblings who came in to help us make it through this time. To try to make sure that all who needed a couple more toys, got them. Taking care of customers was all I could think about and as each issue that came in - like the web site - I tried to get it updated with updates as quick as I physically could, many people were gone, like our webmaster. Sorry for your experience, but wishing you and your family only health and peace for 2021.

If giving a place a zero star was possible I would. Went here w my family 45 min drive just to find out you cant go into store, they only do online shopping and facetime shopping. Waited 20 min for a FaceTime and nothing. On their website they say nothing about this so you just have to go and see for yourself. They also said they were short staff when there were at least 10 employees in their and more kept showing up.

You need to see this amazing place! I went in to find a birthday gift for my nephew. A young gentleman helped me pick out the perfect gift and then they wrapped it for free! Since then, I've also shopped on their website.
