Khilah had a deposit on one of our puppies that was posted on Facebook. Khila became upset when I posted a new pup weeks later that someone else claimed before her. She was one of many people who inquired about this specific puppy. Many people before her have requested one just like him. Because I cannot fulfill all of these requests we post the pups as they become available on a first come first served basis; who meet our requirements. This is and has been posted on our website to avoid confusion. She felt because that pup was closer to what she originally wanted-felt that I should have contacted her first. She felt that was unfair and dishonest. After having a deposit on her puppy of choice for weeks, she decided the pup she picked out she no longer wanted after this situation. I explained that I get 100s of inquires per week and would not think to contact her since she already had a deposit on a puppy that she seemed content with. Many people dont get the opportunity to purchase one because we are not a big operation. There are not many breeders here. We actually are not your typical business - our mommies and puppies come first. You found what you are looking for from another breeder as stated. I have not been dishonest as the information on how we work was and is always out in the open. Im sorry you had a bad experience Khila. Congrats on your new blessing.

Had a negative experience with KC Poodles unfortunately. She wasn't upfront with me about what dogs were available when I inquired, was basically hiding a dog that fit what I was looking and then sold that dog that I wanted and asked for first, to someone else. It turned me off from the whole situation and was very heartbreaking. I don't like dishonesty or sneakiness, especially when doing something as serious as adopting a puppy. Anyway, I ended up getting one from My Cartoon Pets in California, which was a great experience! I recommend them instead. I'm sure she'll comment with some long explanation but in business, the customer comes first. I did not feel like I did, or else I wouldn't even leave the review so if you value customer service, I'd adopt elsewhere.

We had the best experience with Kara and KC Poodles of PA. From day one, Kara was always super responsive and went out of her way to give us updates on our pup, share pictures and videos, and also gave us a ton of information on how to prepare before bringing our pup home. She was (and still is!) consistently super patient with me and all my questions, even when we brought our pup home. Months later, if I text her questions or need advice, she is always willing to lend her time and expertise, which is so invaluable. Also, our little guy was already so well socialized before coming home! He loves every single person, dog, and child that he meets. Her children help with the puppies and you can tell that it makes such a difference because our dog always wants to play when he sees kids. Our toy poodle is the BEST addition to our family and the transition into bringing him home was so smooth thanks to Kara and all of her help. Thank you SO much, Kara!

Joe asked if we have a waiting list and I explained that we work on a first come first serve among screened applicants. He wanted a mini female which we havent had and he didnt like that he didnt get a puppy. Wish we had a puppy for everyone.
