I've never been here before. I actually was looking for a consignment shop today. After reading the negative reviews and the store's responses. I am completely turned off. Customer service is number #1 in my eyes. Whomever this store is allowing to reply to the customer reviews needs to be fired! It sounds like a child responding to the customers. There is no apologies nor any sympathy to the customer's experience. You told someone they are not telling the truth. One person that they're confused. I am shocked and will never spend my money here. FYI! Hopefully by this review you'll respond in a professional manner.
Untrue.. We spent one year trying to sell her dress for her. It was reduced several times and still didn't sell. She had the option to check it out, but didn't. It wasn't lost...it was donated to Angel Aid Foundation.

Be very careful, they lost my daughter's wedding dress and and everything.. Said the would not be responsible. You sign the contract if it's lost, stolen or damaged.. YOU LOSE EVERYTHING!!!! My daughter lost 1,395 DALLOR'S Because of Fifi's Fine Apparel. BEWARE SHAME ON THEM......
We keep items for 42 days like it says on our contract. You could have come back to get your items before they were donated, but they are automatically donated after the expiration time..We donate items to Angel Aid and they support terminally ill children. You could get a form for your taxes for your charity donation. We don't guarantee that your items will sell. We get hundreds of new items daily. Sorry that your items didn't sell but we try our best to sell them and we want to make money for you and our business.

I dropped off some really nice items a few months ago. I then called back to check on status and couldnt believe only $4 in sales, in months. They advised me that all the rest of my items items have been donated to my surprise. Its really hard to believe that some of my nice clothes such as Antonio Melani did not sell.I would recommend selling on Poshmark instead of consigning.Keep the $4 not worth my time or the drive.
