Had an appointment for a quote on February 13 2020 at 10am. 10:10 rolls around and no one shows. I call the company and learn on one schedule they have me down for February 13 at 10am and a other one for February 20 at 10am. They want me to do 4pm or the 2-20 day. We planned accordingly to be here at 10am. My worry is if the scheduling is going to be an issue and wanting me to make adjustments when it wasnt my mistake, what issues will come up if I picked this company. Needless to say wont be using this company

Very poor communication. A gentleman visited our home 05/08 to give us a quote to add onto our existing deck. He said we would get a quote within 1 week. I called the company on the 17th as I had not yet heard from them, and they said they would look into it and call me back. I called them again on the 23rd as I had not still heard back, and was told that they do not want to work on existing decks, and only want to build new ones at this point. They said that they knew this at the time of the original visit but for some reason this was not communicated to us. An unfortunate waste of 15 days, during which someone else couldve been doing the job. The lady I spoke with on the phone today seemed kind and was apologetic, however this experience was very disappointing.

Creative Concepts did a great job on my new patio and deck. They were one of the few bids I got that really took the time to talk me through options. They started a month earlier than anticipated and quickly made my backyard into a beautiful new space! Everyone was great to work with and always kept me up to date on plans and times. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again!
