Kina a scam? I went to my appointment at the address it said on my paper and there were 4 other people there looking around trying to find out where to go and the building was closed and there was a spay neuter network vehicle in the parking lot, but no one was in it? So after waiting for an hour or so and calling a bunch of phone numbers to no avail (with these other people trying to find where to go) I just left and was not able to get my cat neutered... I finally got in touch with the people in the building and they said that this issue happens often?? So when I called the SNN to tell them what happened they still refuse to give me my deposit back even tho there was no one there to take my cat? So yeah kinda a scam...

I'm a big fan of this place. My boyfriend and I are residents of Tarrant county and found this facility to help us with our cats. At the time we just had 1 that needed to be fixed but since then I've brought another 4 animals to them and all are happy, healthy, have no scaring and didn't experience any pain or problems with healing procedures. They were quick and concise but I feel because of this they are INSANELY busy and almost always booked so definitely use them if you can because it seems everyone else does too!

I had scheduled my cat to get neutered. Obviously they cant eat after 10pm the night before Surgery. He was taken to his appointment by 7:30am. Picked up by 4pm . TURNS OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME TO NEUTER HIM. They had done 3 other cats . I was going to have to reschedule. MY CAT HADNT ATE SINCE 10pm from the night before , HE WAS HUNGRY ALL DAY ! WAITING . They could of been professional enough to ATLEAST call me and say hey, we wont be able to neuter him today , can you pick up? BUT NO . They waited till i got there at 4PM. To tell me . NEVER AGAIN ! Patiently waiting for my refund . Sad to say i was referred to this place . WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS AT ALL. This happened 01/18/2022.
