Denise originally helped us secure a rental for our family. She was the acting property manager and was always on top of any issues that came about. So, it was only natural to ask for her help in finding us a home. Not only did Denise send us properties to look at, but if I came across something, she always found time in her schedule to show us that property, that day! I am truly appreciative that I had Denise Venturelli as my Real Estate Broker with her Company - New Venture Realty LLC. I became Ill and was unable to even walk and I am on Hospice at this time. Malea Madrid from Benevilla and CID gave me Denise's number and referral and Denise took over guided me and my sons thru selling my condo and all the paperwork needed.!! I did not have to gather any thing ! It was done electronically with her Company and buyer and title company!! Even the closing !
