I wish there was a -5 star rating available in Google. To my experience this was one of the most awful and pathetic services in Houston. What normally takes a sign project 4 - 6 weeks to finish, these guys literally took 5 months. I made the biggest mistake of my life to give the sign project to Apex Signs and Print. What a terrible time I had in dealing with with these unprofessional people. Every step of the way was an ordeal for me. Lying is their everyday business tool. First of all they did not submit the project to City of Houston for a month and a half. I had to literally call them so many times to have the project submitted. Even after it was submitted it was not done the right way. That took another few weeks to correct. Then they found out that they were also supposed to have submitted the engineering drawings with project papers. That part took away more time and of course more expenses. Finally after more than four months when they brought the sign for installation, they then "discovered" that the design was faulty. It then had to be taken back again for correction i.e. even more expenses. After that it took me about 2 - 3 weeks of regular calls, arguments and shouting to get them to install the sign. Their negligence and inordinate delay in handling the project cost us dearly not just in terms of overall project cost but also in lost time and business. I would not recommend Apex Signs and Permit even to my business competitors. Lying is their every day business tool.
