I recently had 2 pairs of bespoke earrings made at Holts. Looking through the pretty stones I couldn't decide so I had both made. Fantastic experience to chose stones and be part of the design process. Alicja understood my request and fully listened to my vision. She drew and designed them then brought them to life. I now have 2 unique sets and memorable experience that I can say I had a part in. Fantastic. I will certainly be back for others.

Very disappointed with the final product and the customer service. The ring took much longer to finish than they originally promised, but most disappointing was the craftsmanship. The setting was not level or symmetrical. I also had a specific request on the prongs and they did it differently without notifying me. I have had many pieces of custom jewelry made and this ring was just poorly crafted in so many ways. When asked if any of the issues could be fixed they said no.
