Ordered 25 hoodies and it took 3 weeks for Accent Tshirts to make them, despite advertising they do rush orders and my personal request that the hoodies be done before a certain, very reasonable date. Upon receiving them, they looked horrible. Lindy, the owner, personally promised promised to fix it after a lengthy phone call in which he admitted the work was not up to standards and that he would fix them in what was now an urgent manner. He proceeded to hold them for another 9 DAYS without any communication and finally, after I had to, once again, initiate contact (because once again they had completely ignored all emails) he said the hoodies would be ready in ANOTHER 4 days, 13 total days AFTER the first order was returned and Lindy promising to have them done CORRECTLY in a timely manner. The re-prints were horrible, grainy prints, nowhere near professional, and not done "by hand" according to Justin, but via some other way that was a mystery to me, since I paid to have them screen-printed by hand, like they were the first time. 5 weeks to get a very sub-par product. Very disappointed in many aspects of their business, too many to mention here. Integrity, honesty and communication skills should be basic hallmarks of any business, found absolutely none of that here.

We had an urgent request for 50 logo'd crop tops to be printed for an event. After verifying that the material was okay to print on, I was able to bring in our own shirts to Accent to print. Accent provided great communication during the entire process and assured me shirts would be completed in time. Shirts were done earlier than expected and for a small delivery fee they delivered directly to me. I cant thank Accent enough for saving us and they turned out so great!
