Ranger Mankind, Thank you for your review. First of all let me apologize for any trouble you had getting us to complete your project you wanted. I inquired about your project after seeing this review and went through the process with Luella the point of contact on your project. When you came in to get your sample Carrie our other Customer service agent who did not work on your project did not see your small static cling sitting on Luellas desk while Luella was away from her desk (bad timing for her being away). Our place can be cluttered from time to time we work very hard to keep things organized and cleaned we just simply have very limited space for the volume of work we do. The whole reason that this project would not get completed on time is not wanting to pay 45.00 for vectorization of your logo for which you would have for future projects here or elsewhere, this would have allowed us to do the work needed. As you stated you had to send in art 3 times. This is because all the files you were supplying us would not have provided us the ability to produce a Quality print,, with that being said i would rather have a 1 star review then provide you with a poor quality product that others will see. Very disappointed. I asked if they could deliver my order within my time frame, and I was assured that it would happen. I ordered several different items, printing on safety vests and a small vehicle decal. They waited 4 days to tell me they couldn't accept the latest image that I had email them, this was after 3 previous attempts. I followed their instructions, but every time I had to resubmit in a different file. In the end I was told that they could get the items, but it would be 3 days past my due date. When I went in to get my sample from them. they had no idea where it was and no way to reference it, finally after 10- 15 minutes shifting through the very unorganized mess in their office they found it just laying in a pile of stuff. When I finally got my item, there was just this blank stare and absolutely no apology or any words whatsoever, like I had inconvenienced them...very strange! In the end I received nothing for them. I had another print shop doing some business cards for me at the same time, they were very organized and in constant communication and wanted to please! Third world customers service. Really unbelievable that they are in business.

Initially it looked like this project was going to go off without a hitch, In between a lack of communication and missing the deadline by two weeks today I cancelled the project. If they could live up to their claims throughout the early part of the project. This would have been a good deal. Bummer!

These guys print a great shirt but unfortunately I couldn't get anyone to contact me back. The communication of this company is very poor. I would have been a long term customer but like I said customer service is horrible and needs to be addressed by the manager or the owner.
