***update the owner has reached out to me listened to my concerns and is working to resolve some of my issues! which I am grateful to have someone understanding my frustrations! Very nice guy!!** Thank you!!
Terris, the lease that you signed stated your late fees, and you can always pay thru your portal on time or drop off a check or money order. The due date still remains the same when due. I removed the late fee, but I would appreciate you removing this review due to not our neglect of the payment being presented on time, as per your lease agreement.

I was charged a $100 dollar late fee for 1 day and the 1st of the month was a sunday. Monday the 2nd i get a text saying I need to pay in full by 3pm or i will get a 5 day notice. I have called every number i have to fix this insanely high late fee given it was a sunday and banks as well as there company is closed. The 2nd issue we have is we moved in and then after two months of living there got notices that the house needed multiple FULL days of work that we werent alerted to and had to take multiple full days off of work to stay home. We were never notified before moving in the house needed all this work . We asked for some type of compensation and havent heard back from the company regarding that since march.
This company is a lifesaver. Their 30 day tenant guarantee and hands-on business model is what sold us over other property management companies. With a previous property management, our house sat vacant for 4 months with little feedback or updates from our property manager and it was frustrating and money-draining. When we found New Concepts Property Management, their team gave us a market value assessment, flawlessly coordinated our pre-leasing inspection and kept us in the loop about the next steps to get our place rented. We had tenants within 10 days! Their team is excellent about communicating with us and gave us the comfort and confidence that our home would be managed by a caring team of professionals. We would recommend them to any of our friends or family.
So when a tenant punches holes in the doors rip screens off the door frame and refuses to pay for damages . Refuses to pay rent . We are the bad guys for doing our Job . I don't care who you rent from legal action with needs to be taken to protect the property owner from loss of rent and further damage to their home. and further more your not even a client of ours and how can you even give us a review . your not to abuse the google review system attack someone's company when your not even a client . That's fraud and Liable .

New concept is one of those companies that actually bullies its tenants into doing what they want. They are one of the least professional property management companies in Tucson. I don't rent through them personally, but Ive seen the damage they can do to families and homes. They will find a way to take any money from you, from insane and made up late fees, to forcing you to pay for home repairs that THEY should be taking care of. Even the handyman is not a fan of what this company does.. Ive been told that even the homeowners don't like how New Concept handles their properties. If and when New Concept has an issue with you, they're more likely to tell you to lawyer up than they are likely to act professionally and with courtesy. Plus, if a company like New Concept can threaten you with the notion that you'll never be able to rent anywhere in Tucson again, what else are they capable of?
