Mr. Kholsa, as I just explained in a personal email I sent you, I entirely disagree with your assessment of our company. The very first line item on the invoice you signed clearly states that your free software requires an active POS Nation merchant processing agreement. This clause is not hidden in the fine print - it's literally on the first line of your invoice. While I understand it's impossible to fully please 100% of our customers, I take extreme exception to you questioning the integrity and honesty of our company. We have over 10,000 happy customers, and we take great pride in the transparency of our sales process. As I outlined in the email I sent you, we are very willing to continue to work with your business, but I refuse to remain silent while you slander our company and reputation with lies. We provide an amazing product and service, and our free software plus merchant services bundles has helped hundreds of small businesses invest in their first POS system. If you'd like to use your own merchant service provider, that's fine too - we just don't provide free software in that situation.

Beware , POS Nation is a scam. They will not tell you the details when selling the POS System and once you pay for it, they will start demanding money for software and also try to force you with signing with merchant services , otherwise threaten to charge $599 for software. This company is a total dishonest POS. Be very careful before you decide to buy from them.

So I was looking for a POS System and came across POSNation. Did all the checks went to see other stores with the system etc and I purchased the system too. But from day 1 the service and the system have let me down! I even had to close my store down for a day because the tech support did not know what to do. They are trying to fix all the different errors etc that I am getting but we still have issues and I have customers confidence in my store. Managers have to go to directors but this process takes too long. Training is by appointment only (which aren't available for weeks) even for very small and what turns out to be a basic request. I was PRO POSNation but not after my experience with the company.
