I ordered my banner that Monday. I had my order rushed for Friday. My big event was next Monday. Come Monday the production manager George had apparently left home without loading my banner in the machine. I was looking forward to that banner and now Im a** out. I would highly recommend not to do business with this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

NO PROFESSIONALS ENOUGH. Once one of their employees messed up with a safety shirts oder I made. The fabric quality they used was by far of inferior quality from the one I picked and paid for. I felt disappointed and explained the owners what happened, but they both treated me with disdain and didnt even said sorry. They were too arrogant to say that short word. They maybe thought I was just looking for a reimbursement or something, but I did not. I just wanted they knew what happened and to at least to hear a sorry. However, I am trying to see it as an isolated issue and still recommend them.
Just went in and talked to G about how we can make our business more visible. He sat down with me and gave me a bunch of great ideas and we will implement them with his help!

Awful! awful! awful! I order 3 shirts and paid the full amount upfront, with no delays or declines. I requested my order be completed by the 10/01, he said he will do his best, I said fine. He sent me a projected time of 10/03 I said fine I can wait two days. The third comes by and I heard nothing, so i called for an update. They told me the lady working on my shirts hurt herself and they should be done 10/04! 10/05 comes and I hear nothing so I call for another update. They said they have to order the shirts! I'm like what?! You should already have them! I was suppose to pick 2 days ago! So I said fine I call 10/08 for another update because no one is answering my emails! They said pick up on 10/09 I said fine, at this point I'm over it and don't even want the shirts anymore i just want my money back!!! But I'm like whatever they said i will get it, i know i will this time! So I get a call on 10/09 saying that they didn't order all my shirts!!!!! So I waited all this time for 3 shirts and I'm only getting two... I don't understand how they have such a high customer rating ? Because honestly hate this company and will NEVER return. I FEEL LIKE I OVER PAID FOR CRAP service INCORRCT ORDER! DELAYS and I was ignored!!! If your thinking about ordering here DONT especially if it's a big order...they couldn't even deliver 3 on time! Their ratings must be fake!!! I'm giving 3 starts because the manager took full responsibility and came up with a solution that I'm happy with! Although I was not happy with the service, I'm satisfied with the end and the explication. I may return...big maybe...
