I bought my truck here last year. They had to order it 3 times. Every time somehow losing the order. It should have taken 2 months-ish. It took 6-7 months if I remember correctly. First ordered early summer and received it in the end of October. They didnt even bother to order the upgrades I ordered. I had to bring it back weeks later. So really it took around 8 months or more to get the truck I ordered. Then they wouldnt honor the price they said theyd give me for my car because it wasnt worth the same amount anymore because they took sooo incredibly long to get my truck. They wouldnt even honor half of the original trade-in amount they offered of $1,200. They trained their salesman to ignore phrases like walk out price, everything included short of tax. My salesman RJ intentionally mislead me and knew exactly what I was being painfully clear about, over and over. We had a price of $49,500 after I added my upgrades, which was the very first thing I did. Then when I go to get my truck they tried to charge me somewhere in the ballpark of $57,000. They conveniently lost all the paperwork for a 4th time. They also claimed that the first and second time the order was lost it was because of a manager leaving TWICE?????? Needless to say they played me hard then made me argue with them all day. I think we were there 7 hours trying to get them to honor the agreement that I put my deposit on. Then here we are, 6,000 miles later and I blow a tire. Only dealerships carry this tire. They also tell me they looked everywhere and the closest one was Galveston (bc thats obviously too far for a donut). They tell me 2-4 business days on the Monday before Memorial Day. Sweet, so we dont have to cancel our holiday plans weve had for months. Oh no. And all you ever get is put on hold. Genesis promised she call me back to tell me if Id have it for Memorial Day but she lied as they all constantly do. So here I am. The Tuesday AFTER Memorial Day and 8 days after the order. Still dont have my tire. So I ask myself, why did I even believe them that the closest one is in Galveston? They never get anything right. So I do my own legwork. Sure enough, tons of dealers have them!!! Tomball Honda, Keating Honda, etc. All around me!!!!! Im a young lady who work nights and drive home very late on very dangerous roads. I could have been put in a VERY dangerous situation without a spare or very costly tow fees because of them. I had to put hundreds of miles on a donut because of them. I drove to Tomball and was immediately taken care of. Gillman Honda North is PATHETIC and should not be in business!!!!!!!!

Chris Tate the general manager is very unprofessional, on yesterday he came unglued ask that a customer never come back there for service again. He had recently told the customer that service would be rendered each time they needed and oil change on the company.. But once the customer had another concern he became upset that the customer wasn't pleased with prior service. So he cause a disturbance in front of staff and customer ,some customer left others intervene asking was we ok. So hostile and rude Mr. Tate was on yesterday,

Sales staff will lie to get you into the doors and then completely laugh at you if you dont want to buy their overpriced 1998 Ford Explorer truck for 10 grand. Then if you ask to speak to anybody higher up they transfer you to a voicemail thats full. They could care less. As long as Stacy Gilman gets her millions every year who cares about anybody else.
