When you have a mess and you need it cleaned up fast and completely then you found the right place. Had a toilet overflow around 40 gal of water onto the floor and we had a cleanup crew at our house in under an hour. Great communication and follow up.

Mr. John Alexander (Veteran), Dave, and team @ STOP Restoration were a tremendous asset in addressing my home water damage repairs. After an HVAC pipe burst in the attic a few years ago, we experienced water damage causing mold/bacteria in our hallway linen closet & guest bathroom in addition to water stains in our Master Bedroom as a result of a slow roofing leak. After calling around to a few restoration/repair services, John and his team stood out among his competitors, due to his prompt respond to my email inquiry on the next day, and due diligence in scheduling an inspection within a few days of my inquiry. Upon his arrival, he was professional, courteous, and responsive to our request providing a reasonable estimate for repairs. Subsequently on the day of the repair, his team arrived prompted and clearly articulated the process of what I could expect so I can re-arrange my work-from-home posture. Dave and team did a magnificent job, with mold/bacteria removal, establishing barriers in the impacted areas while attempting to be as least disruptive to our living space. Contrary to my expectation, the 2- day experience was actual a pleasurable one as they shared insight on how they thoroughly addressed the impacted areas while uncovering a plumbing issue in the vanity cabinet that would have resulted in a material plumbing cost. I strongly recommend Stop Restoration for you will find them courteous, honest, trustworthy, reasonable, and competent in their quality of service.
