BUYER BEWARE/GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE. I have owned multiple BMWs and the service department at Reading is the absolute worst. Took my 535D in for recall work (EGR Cooler) which they said was fine and the reason for a code my car was throwing was due to a bad sensor. They replace the sensordoesnt fix the issue. They decide to do the recall workdoesnt fix the issue. I tell them I guarantee its the EGR valve which is under warranty and they wont replace it. They want to do a smoke test and replace a back pressure tube first.cause steps in a process. I explain that the EGR valve is under warranty and is most likely the issue. They wont repair so i tell them to give me my car back and i will take it to an Indy shop. Indy shop saysyup its the EGR valve. I paid 1K for work at BMW of Reading that didnt need to be done and they refuse to reimburse the EGR valve repair costs or diagnostic fee. They replyyou should have let us replace all the parts in the steps until we got to the EGR valve. I will continue to purchase my cars and services from anywhere but this trash dealership. STAY AWAY Edgar is a good advisor.management is unprofessional and should be replaced if you want customers coming back.

This was my first BMW purchase, but I've purchased Audi, Mercedes, and other luxury brands in the past. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had. Everything from the initial order to final delivery was exceptional and all occurring during this crazy pandemic. The entire team at BMW of Reading was great, but special recognition to Angie, Ethan and Jay for making this a first-class experience.

BMW of Reading was great to work with. If your in the market for a BMW, make sure to give them a chance at your business, you wont be disappointed. Everyone was courteous and helpful, from the time I placed my order until I drove it off the lot. Special thanks to Angie in Finance, Eric for order status updates, and Bryan in parts (who says nobody ever thanks parts!!). Love the car and will be back for my next one!

The Service manager was not courteous and not customer friendly. Have been going to it for yrs and have been using BMW service for my cars for the last 17 yrs this was my worst experience in the last 17 yrs.
