This is truly a locally owned & operated family business! It starts with their understanding of how important your brand is and the story it tells. All production is done in-house! There are no set-up fees! No hidden costs! You can order small quantities or even one. I work with Baloo all of the time and if I could give 6 stars, I would. If you need something- he'll make it happen. Our orders are always exactly what we asked for and the quality is great. Even better, HE CARES ABOUT OUR BUSINESS, I have never been treated as just a number. Once I had an order of coozies and I needed them that night but had no time to pick them up. Baloo went above and beyond and dropped them off at my house because I didn't have time to pick them up. We have ordered hats, T shirts, coozies etc from them and I will definitely plan on using Storyteller Promotions in the future! :)
