Not the greatest experience. I ordered sneakers. They were too short. I exchanged for the next size, still too short. Went up one more size, still short. I wanted to return the sneakers for a refund as this was never going to work. I had to call to get authorization for a refund because I had exchanged sizes twice. Someone did send me a return label. I mailed back the sneakers promptly but never heard back frpm OrthoFeet. I checked on my refund after 3 weeks. I was told the paperwork I submitted was for an exchange. Not! When I got my refund, they took an $18 restocking fee. That's a 17% Restocking fee.

Shoes broke down only after wearing a month I walk on the outside of my feet and there was no support for that issue . Caused my heels to hurt tremendously bottoms of feet felt better but for the money they cost I should have more comfort than I did will never buy them again

Orthofeet has been great to work with, have a large selection of shoes, and the extra arch boosters help with stability and support of my weakened arches - so I ordered 2 pair of sandals and a pair of no tie getting ready for spring and summer only to seer the have ORTHOFEET in bright and bold letters - as did my husband shoes he is trying to wear with a suit. We tell people what brand they are when they comment about about how good they are but please I cannot look dressed with that acne go to weddings, church. My husband was able to get his off with a drummer - doesn't work on mine. I will not be buying shoes with those labels so please FIX. the shoes are a five the labels 0). Thanks and hope to see changes
