Even though I am medically exempt from wearing a mask, they would not let me in the store!!! Absolutely brain-dead lady behind the counter said I could buy a mask for $10 and theyd let me in. Will be filing a formal complaint against them for violating ADA regulations and requirements. KNOW THE LAW!!!!

Probably one of the best shops I've ever been to! The owners were super nice, they were running an AWESOME sale on all of my favorite brands, and the coffee shop was OUTSTANDING (I'm a barista and I can promise this place is awesome). The kindness and warmth this place emits will make your day!
Sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. There are 3 signs outside, one on the door and 2 inside saying no public restrooms. We were not rude we never are. If you are frustrated or mad that doesn't make us rude.

Wow this seemed like a really cool place and we were prepared to spend money. My family and I arrived last week and went in for coffee and to purchase some hiking boots and something from the really cool t-shirt selections. We had been on the road for a few hours and my 8yr old daughter asked to use the restroom. The barista, coffee lady super rude let us know in a horrible way that we were not welcome to the restroom. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! I get it, but when you have people spending money, you should let the use the facility. Poor business ethic. I was born and raised in East TN and not use to anyone being this rude ever. Absolutely no hospitality in this place of business. It must be nice to be so busy that you can treat customers this way and stay in business.
