Very disappointed. Long-term client with ~100 deals bought. My business account was set "inactive" for no apparent reason - bug? accident? - I don't know, Support does not know and the person who "does know" does not respond. Now it goes into day 3 that I have not heard back after writing in several times. On chat they are apologetic and acknowledge the issue but hey - what is going on letting a customer in the dark what is even happening and without any credible timeline? "Shortly" did not happen either - after 2 full business day. I cannot access anything I bought and have to consider PayPal buyer protection. I mean I am sure that this is a glitch and these things can surely happen, but not resolving it is what I am disappointed about.
