Our vehicle was taken to Century West for repair after a collision. The estimate took into account the bodywork and mechanical repairs. After 6 weeks the vehicle was returned with the mechanical repairs addressed, but none of the bodywork repairs. The service representative was consistently non responsive, when our insurance or we needed answers or updates, but when they finally did respond, we were told all was moving forward well and everything was being taken care of. Clearly that was not the case. The Service Managers are working to rectify this little mistake as they put it. It is mind boggling how their body repair shop misses repairing the obvious bodywork that needed to be done. This is very disappointing, after having been a client for nearly ten years.

Horrible experience at Century West BMW and I worked here! My car was there for over 5 weeks. They insisted I pay for a problem that existed when I bought my CPO 440i. They even went as far as rewriting the repair order to make it look like it was my fault. Phone calls to the service writer, service manager and general manager went to voicemail and took days for return calls. With all the BMW dealership choices nearby, avoid this one.
