I am frustrated with this review to say the least. Essentially you are giving us a 1 star review (our only negative review in 8 years) for not telling you "no" to a favor quick enough. Our customer, which is a little league organization, ordered about 300 jerseys, then two weeks later placed a second order for odds and ends jerseys (kids whose jersey didn't fit, mis-ordered sizes, etc) After that was complete, we reclaimed the screens and moved on to our busy football season. Then you called weeks later to see if we would make your child a new jersey because you ordered him the wrong size. My first inclination is to help even if it isnt our fault and costs us a little money in set up time because we genuinely care about our customers. However, I was really only willing to do so if we had an extra blank jersey on hand, otherwise it would've been pointless because I know how short the fall ball season is and how long it would've taken to order in the jersey, schedule it, set everything back up and print it. So a couple days later I spent about 20 minutes searching through all our old stock trying to find a jersey for you but in the end we didn't have one. Afterwards I unfortunately couldn't find your phone number and figured I would wait until you called back and explain that we couldn't do it unless we ordered one which would add shipping fees and time, and essentially tell you 'no' as nicely as I could. You then called back yesterday when I was at lunch, then again today and that's when we told you the scenario. After which you angerly hung up on Kelley and left us this review within an hour. In hindsight we should've just told you no right away, but I thought we might have had an extra jersey laying around and wanted to help you out if at all possible, but I guess no good deed goes unpunished. My wife called to get a new Jersey for our son who had a size to small. After 3 weeks of no contact from spin tees I called to see what was going on. I was told Ryan wasn't in and that they would call me back. Again I received no call and I had to follow-up again and was told they had no other jerseys and they would have to order one. The season has two more weeks so no point now! The least they could do is actually return someone's phone call.
You're giving us a 2 star review because we dont offer a service that you think we should? For real? Small businesses care about their online ratings and when you throw out a 2 star review for something we dont even offer it really sucks. Thanks, Ryan

It's a bummer that they require a minimum purchase amount. That's not what everyone needs. Guarantee if they didn't do that, and didn't have a week turn around, they would have WAY more business I know, they can "rush order" =More $$
These folks are so helpful and responsive! They do small volunteers and accommodate special requests. Super friendly staff make this our go-to for Six Pennies Brewery's merchandise.
I placed an order for some shirts and sent an incomplete version of the design, they were so helpful and accommodating with fixing my mistake! They are the best!!
