I stopped in for a consultation on making some t-shirts. The lady was nice but advised she couldn't use my logo format and gave me her card to send in another format via email. I got the logo in another format and sent the email the next day. She never responded to my email and its been 3 weeks. I got my t-shirts made somewhere else.
Alexis Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We wanted to reply & address the issues you pointed out. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the service you received. 1. As far as the image peeling the garments where provided by you & where already decorated with another & as such we had to add your logo w/ caution as to not distort the design already printed on them because you wanted the logo on the front under the logo already there it made decorating as tad bit more difficult. 2. As far as the tiny white line on the digital print this happens from time to time. The finished product we provided you was within the margin of error. 3. As to our customer service skill we did a rush job for you because you were a returning customer & wanted to help you out. I am sorry if you feel as though our interaction was not the best. We did give you a $20.00 discount to try & help you out. 4. You mentioned screen printing although we do offer screen printing the product you received was a digital print designed for a small quantity like your order of 6 customer provided pieces. We wish you the best of luck with your track team.

Cheri printed for me a couple years back and did a great job; however, this time was not (Striders Logos!). I would've given at least 2 stars since she is responsive via email; however, her customer service skills are ridiculous. There were multiple defects on the logos (some were peeling as soon as I picked it up, the other had a small piece missing, and all of them were not cut correctly and still showing white behind the colored part.) Her excuse was that we provided the garments she used and I don't understand how digital works. If that's the case, I can post the logo provided, comparison photos of each logo they print on the garments, as well as other digital prints of the same logo I've had done elsewhere on the same garment types. She definitely needs to check her energy and customer service skills though because I would've just happily not used her services again but instead, I'm taking time out of my day to leave a review so that future customers are aware and don't waste their time. If you need just screen print, Osborn Printing, right around the corner has better customer service.

They do it all!! Thank you Ground Pounder Graphics. They were able to customize me fight shorts and gear for my mma fight in no time. They have great prices on co2 laser engravings. Victor, we are sorry you where not satisfied with the number on the jersey that we tried to fix that your original supplier did wrong. We do not make excuses we tried to help you all fix a mistake from the original uniform supplier. We did our best to try & help you all out. We don't even usually do a 1 off like that & we did it to try & help you out. Sorry if you feel that there where excuses we did our best to try & help you all fix a number that I didn't even mess up.

Gave a lot of excuses for doing a bad job. Never offered any apologies when she knows customer is unhappy. Yet, she continues on with her reason for doing an awful job.
