Hello Lex, Were very disappointed to read your reviews. Following your conversation with our office manager yesterday, we note that at no point was he argumentative with yourself, in fact initiating the phone call as you were repeatedly emailing our office after we have followed the usual complaints procedure. As advised, we were offering two replacement caps as two of the items that we paid to collect from yourself did have some loose threads. Whilst still being in tolerance, we agreed that this would be a gesture of goodwill. The remainder of your order was checked and there were no faults in any more of the caps. The caps matched the proof and visual that you approved upon purchase which were all created using your original artwork. We note that you also complained about the colour of the caps that you received, when you infact chose this colour way too. We do not tolerate abusive language or behaviour to any of our members of staff. Had you not hung up on our office manager, all of this would have been explained to yourself again as we already have done in writing. Your expectations are unrealistic and we wish you all the best going forward.

Absolutely awful for embroidery! Originally they sent over a swatch which looked great but when the finished product arrived every single one had issues which they said were completely fine and within our own tolerance levels. My logo has a tiger thats cross eyed! I cant sell my product and even though 25% of the items arrived they self admittedly said were faulty, theyve refused to correct or refund me for my full order - only that 25%. Instead the manager called me up to Argue with me (yes I got angry and swore once) as he would not accept that I was unhappy with the items that arrived. 30 years of experience in embroidery yet mine have arrived with a tiger thats cross eyed, stitching where there shouldnt be stitching, colours in the wrong place and and a manager whos unable to listen to a customers concerns. Honestly Im so disappointed. Weve just started our company up and I wish they just told us they couldnt do a complicated logo instead of attempting it, messing up the job and now refusing to fix it or refund us. Wouldnt ever recommend, theres much better out there and much cheaper I just wish I found the other companies before using this one. Also their tolerance level is based on a persons opinion. Quality control? Where? Lol doesnt exist so forget it if you ever have an issue with them - youll be wasting money.
Mixed, a few of the items have been ok but I think Im starting to see why they offer it cheaper. Just about every order has had an issue, one had a tear, a fair few have been incorrectly sized and another recently didnt wash well at all. I think the impress I get is when selling low priced products the customer service doesnt have to be as on point. Ive been met with very basic responses.
I have ordered from them for a few years and have steadily seen a rapid decline in the delivery times and service with them. The last couple of times in particular have seen delivery times slip from just a few days (excepted due to a pandemic) to taking over two weeks and still no sign of it. Also recently, they sent out an order with items that were missing, which they refunded, but didn't even specify which items were not being sent in the email. So literally I wouldn't even know what would be turning up until I had to get hold of them, which isn't too great. As a small business owner that has spent a lot of money with them over the years and has deadlines myself, the trust and reliability of places like this is paramount, so for them to be so bad at not only sending things out on time, but using couriers that don't even let you know that they have tried to send to you is a little bit embarrassing on their front. Sadly I won't be using them again and will also take my client base away from them too as a result.
