I called Precision to see if they could replace the garage door opener. They said no that I needed an complete new door and because the doors were old I would need reconstruction which was going to cost $10k. I called Overhead Doors and they replaced the motor and everything worked fine. Another family member had Precision replace the motor on her garage and it was not installed properly and was pulling the entire wood panel off that it was attached to on the wall. I would not recommend them.

A broken spring. Replaced both at the same time. Buy them at Home Depot at $70 a pair. Alright, how about $150!!!!! That leaves $400 for an hour and a half of labor. You do the math and see if you are happy with it.
