We went to celebrate my Daughter's College Graduation. We had 2 tables reserved. Service was ok until mid dinner. One of our tables at the end, we weren't receiving service. We waited and had to flag the waiter several times for food. We expressed our frustration to 2 ladies in orange and nothing was done. No apologies. Towards the very end, we ordered coffee. The creamer had curds. We asked the waiter, which he was rude, if we could get new creamer. He hesitated and said that's the way they serve it. So again, we asked nicely, if he wouldn't mind bringing us some newer creamer. Took him 10 mins and it was the same thing with curds. Very frustrating. The food was amazing, even though we waited a while to be served. I really dislike complaining but at least others can be aware of the service.

I decided to spend my birthday in this place but it was disappointing, from the waitress to the staff who serve the meat. Most of the meat was overcooked and if you want shrimp you have to pay for a separate order. Waitress was in a bad attitude and I had to ask several times even for a glass of water. In conclusion, if you really want to have a good experience in a place like this, I strongly recommend Chama Gaucha because if you are going to pay more than $300, the minimum you should have is good customer service.
We came for the first time for our 19th Anniversary, we had Justin and Jazmine and Tahj as our waiters they were excellent waited on us like no other.. we very much enjoyed ourselves wouldnt change anything for our first visit here
